For full-time enrollment, the estimated 2026-2027 academic year tuition, program fees, and general student fees will total $47,564 for a student in the 32 hour program and $60,228 for a student in the 40 hour program. Students enrolling in the program on a part-time basis are charged per credit hour. The estimate 2026-2027 part-time rate is $1,260 per credit hour plus the general student fees of $248 per credit hour and the program fee of $600 per semester.

All applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit a TOEFL, IELTS or Pearson PTE score report. The TOEFL/IELTS/PTE may be waived for international applicants who hold undergraduate or graduate degrees obtained in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, or United Kingdom. The admission committee's evaluation of applicants does not employ strict cutoffs on TOEFL/IELTS/PTE, but a minimum total score of 100 (TOEFL) is required for application consideration. Scores on the TOEFL are valid for MSA Program start dates up to two years after the month in which the exam is taken.

All applicants except those who earned an SMU Cox undergraduate or graduate degree within five years of starting the MSA Program are required to take the GMAT (no waivers available). Scores on the GMAT are valid for MSA Program start dates up to five years after the month in which the exam is taken. The average class profile of GMAT is 664, Middle 50% is 650 to 708 (Minimum of 600 for consideration)
