INSEAD has three campuses. The original campus (Europe Campus) is located in Fontainebleau, near Paris, France. INSEAD's Europe Campus, is spread across eight hectares. Nestled in the vast forest of Fontainebleau, the modern architecture of the campus blends harmoniously with the green and leafy surroundings. Facilities are of the highest standard and include 29 lecture theatres, two restaurants, a bar, a bookshop, extensive library resources and a fully equipped gym INSEAD's second campus (Asia Campus) is in the Buona Vista district of the city-state of Singapore. Situated within Singapore's knowledge hub, the campus has since grown and covers an area of some 20,000 square metres with eight amphitheatres, numerous teaching rooms and discussion areas, an auditorium, full wireless Internet access, a 24-hour library and fitness facility. Even now, the campus looks towards expanding its presence in Asia, and moving to the third phase of campus development. The third and newest campus (Middle East Campus) is located in Abu Dhabi and serves only open enrollment executive education programmes.

While INSEAD does not provide on-campus accommodation for long stay participants, Fontainebleau and its environs offer accommodation of all types for both the long and the short term. For those planning to stay for a longer period there is a wide variety of reasonably priced housing to rent in the area, including studios, flats and houses. Sometimes MBA participants rent a large country house or chateau for the year and share it with fellow participants. Bonapart is an online housing service that provides students with a list of accommodation rented directly by landlords to INSEAD participants. It operates as a non-profit organisation. L’Office de l'immobilier is a housing agency that works in partnership with INSEAD. The cost for accommodation run by Bonapart is about £327- £344 per student per month.
