The university has three campuses: Streatham Campus and St Luke's Campus are in Exeter and the Penryn Campus is near Falmouth, in Cornwall.

First year undergraduate students who have firmly accepted the offer of a place at the university and applied for accommodation by the advertised deadline, will be guaranteed an offer of a place in university accommodation. Over 5,000 places in catered halls, self-catered flats and townhouses provide a range of room types and accommodation options to suit all budgets. All university accommodation is either on the campuses or a?maximum 30-minute walk away, close to the campus and the city centre. Average rent in private accommodation in Exeter is around ?70�C90 per week.
